Job Description
Rama Microfinance S.C. is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) through a re-advertisement.The institution is seeking a capable leader with extensive experience in microfinance or banking operations and a strong background in organizational leadership.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Educational qualification must meet the requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE).
8–10 years of relevant work experience.
At least 6 years of experience in a leadership position in microfinance or banking operations.
Must fulfill the applicable requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia.
