Experienced Architect - Tibeb Design and Build PLC

Job Summary

The Experienced Architect will independently contribute to architectural projects from concept design through detailed design, prepare construction documentation, develop BIM/Revit models and architectural renders, and coordinate designs across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural projects from concept design to detailed design.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
• Create and manage accurate BIM/Revit models.
• Produce 3D models and architectural renders using D5 Render.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, sanitary, and other disciplines.
• Review and revise designs based on project requirements and comments.
• Support construction documentation and detailing.
• Apply knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit — REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in D5 Render — REQUIRED.
• Ability to handle architectural projects with greater independence and responsibility.
• Ability to develop projects from concept to detailed design.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
