Junior Nurse – Dream Liyana Healthcare PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care according to clinical standards and procedures.
• Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Promptly report changes in patients' conditions to physicians or the responsible medical team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions safely and accurately.
• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare patients for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, post-procedure care, and general health practices.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
• Ensure nursing equipment and medical supplies are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare laws, professional standards, and facility policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional nursing experience.

Required Skill

• Strong communication skills.
• Professionalism and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
