Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the property buying and selling process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Present available properties and explain their features and benefits.
• Negotiate favorable agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Utilize real estate software and digital tools to manage client information and property listings.
• Support the achievement of company sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate property options.
