Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Ensure proper cash management at regional and project offices
• Support budget preparation, forecasts, and cash flow planning
• Review payment documents and ensure compliance

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Ensure accurate coding and recording of financial transactions
• Review financial reports and identify irregularities
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing processes

Internal Control & Compliance

• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance
• Monitor financial risks and report issues to management
• Ensure adherence to donor and government regulations

Staff Management

• Supervise, mentor, and support finance staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Identify training needs and support staff development

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in finance roles
• Experience in international NGOs is required

Technical Skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics, Excel, and accounting systems
• Knowledge of GAAP, IPSAS, and financial controls
• Familiarity with JEOP rules and donor regulations is an advantage

Language

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
