Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• MSc (MIS or Engineering Management) preferred

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices is advantageous

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop repair operations
• Supervise senior and junior maintenance engineers
• Implement quality control procedures and maintenance standards
• Monitor repair turnaround time and performance targets
• Ensure proper documentation of repair activities
• Coordinate spare parts usage with inventory team
• Improve operational efficiency within workshop processes
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
