The successful subcontractor should have proven experience in reinforcement bar bending and fixing, particularly on high-rise building projects, and must meet the required business, technical, and competency documentation requirements.

Job Requirements

• Valid and renewed business license.
• Valid VAT registration certificate.
• Certificate of Competency (COC) from a TVET college or recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reinforcement bar bending and fixing on high-rise building projects.
• Ability to read and interpret Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Ability to minimize steel wastage and ensure accurate reinforcement assembly and tying.
• Official recommendation letters or clearance documents demonstrating previous experience.
• Proven experience specifically in high-rise construction projects is required.
• Ability to provide a company profile showing relevant experience and major completed projects.
