Job Description
INKOMOKO is hiring a Client Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage and strengthen relationships with entrepreneurs and clients in Gambella. The position will focus on client engagement, c, training, issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting Inkomoko’s mission of creating sustainable livelihoods and inclusive economic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their needs are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, escalate issues, and conduct follow-ups.
- Regularly engage clients and conduct interviews to identify and address concerns.
- Develop presentations to help new clients understand Inkomoko's services.
- Provide clients with updates on their portfolio activities and progress.
- Support marketing strategies aimed at growing the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationship management practices.
- Manage and triage customer support incidents and escalations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Inkomoko's products and services.
- Monitor client results and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Lead on-site client meetings and training sessions.
- Use customer support tools, procedures, processes, and performance metrics.
- Represent Inkomoko in the local business community, conferences, and relevant events.
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure clients receive quality service and support.
- Maintain and organize client investment files and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing role within financial institutions in Ethiopia.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Understanding of micro-businesses, loans, and savings products is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent presentation and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Perseverance, personal integrity, and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
