Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete production or construction-materials manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant and production operations.
• Supervise production activities and personnel.
• Ensure efficient use of plant resources and equipment.
• Monitor production performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure production follows quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet production targets.
