Job Description
Ranger Industry and Trading is inviting qualified and interested candidates to apply for the position of Junior Sales Person – Infant Milk. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting infant milk products, developing customer relationships, generating sales, monitoring market activities, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and other assigned customers regularly.
- Promote infant milk products and provide accurate product information.
- Identify potential customers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Receive customer orders and follow up on product delivery.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, prices, and competitor activities.
- Collect market information and provide feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets.
- Follow company sales, distribution, and reporting procedures.
- Prepare daily sales and customer visit reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable infant milk regulations and company policies.
- Follow ethical marketing practices when promoting infant nutrition products.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
