Relationship Manager – Personal & SME Banking III Hiring Organization: Awash Bank S.C

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and acquire new customers.
• Develop and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Drive deposit and loan growth.
• Promote SME Banking products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Increase business from existing customers.
• Promote other Bank products and services.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Build sustainable financial relationships.
• Support achievement of business growth targets.

Qualification & Experience

• BA Degree in a Business-related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role

Additional Requirements

• Prior experience in banking operations is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting affluent/high-net-worth clients is preferred.
