Senior Project Manager, EPC – Green Scene Energy PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project delivery from mobilization through completion.
• Manage project programmes, crews, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Supervise installations according to approved design documentation.
• Identify and escalate project deviations to the CTO.
• Prepare test records, punch lists, and handover documentation.
• Ensure projects meet client acceptance standards.
• Submit weekly project reports to the CTO.
• Maintain accurate daily site diaries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years leading solar EPC or electromechanical installations.
• Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Availability for full-time site work.

Salary

ETB 70,000–100,000
