Senior Sanitary Engineer -Tibeb Design and Build PLC

Job Summary

The Senior Sanitary Engineer will design and coordinate building plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. The role involves developing technical designs, preparing construction documentation, resolving multidisciplinary clashes, conducting site inspections, and providing practical engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design water supply and drainage systems.
• Perform domestic water supply calculations.
• Design sanitary drainage and wastewater systems.
• Design stormwater and rainwater drainage systems.
• Prepare plumbing and sanitary construction drawings.
• Prepare riser diagrams, details, layouts, and schedules.
• Develop sanitary designs and coordinate them with architectural, structural, and electrical designs.
• Identify and resolve multidisciplinary design clashes.
• Review sanitary drawings and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Apply relevant standards and construction practices.
• Provide technical coordination and support to project teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experienced Sanitary Engineer with strong knowledge of building plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Strong ability in water supply, drainage, wastewater, and stormwater design.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and construction practices.

Required Software: AutoCAD + Revit MEP

Knowledge of other plumbing/sanitary design and hydraulic calculation software is an advantage.
