Job Description
Job SummaryThe Relationship Manager will be responsible for attracting, developing, and managing customer relationships to achieve deposit and loan growth targets.The position will focus on SME/Business Banking products, acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and promoting other Bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and develop existing relationships.
- Drive deposit and loan growth.
- Promote SME and Business Banking products.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Manage customer expectations and relationships.
- Pursue additional business from existing customers.
- Promote other banking products and services.
- Support sustainable business growth.
Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in a Business-related discipline
- Minimum 9 years of banking experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
Additional Requirements
- Prior banking operations experience is highly desirable.
- Experience serving affluent/high-net-worth clients is preferred.
